The hotel is housed in a narrow street and in a lousy filthy locality and is very difficult to locate.

Clean and
I was given a windowless room, although nothing about windowless room was mentioned when I reserved. The shower hardly worked. The hotel is impossible to find without calling, and the surrounding area looks very crappy especially at night. However there is nothing wrong about this area, by thirld word standards. It is just an area with many workshops. It is dirty, but not surprisingly so.
